Ellis Eifert is an attorney based in Moscow, Idaho and licensed in both Idaho and Washington. His practice specializes in estate planning and probate, business and nonprofit law, and real estate transactions. As well as practicing law, Ellis has been a Registered Investment Advisor since 2011 giving him an additional perspective in his practice.
Ellis has been a resident of the Moscow-Pullman area since 2004. After graduating from New St. Andrews College, he received his JD degree from the Regent School of Law in Virginia Beach, Virginia. While attending law school, Ellis served as Business Editor of Regent Journal of Law & Public Policy. Upon graduation, Ellis returned with his family to the Palouse. After being admitted to the Bar in both Idaho and Washington he opened Eifert Law Firm with the intention of using technology to help him deliver excellent, convenient, and cost-effective legal representation to clients across Idaho and Washington.
